1. Order Processing

  • All orders with in-stock inventory are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.



2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (available for selected destinations)

Estimated delivery time after your order has been dispatched is 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)

  • Package weight and dimensions, where applicable

Applicable shipping charges will also be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees

For the US shipments, we will be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees whenever applicable. For other countries, customers have to shoulder customs taxes and fees.

Customs authorities may occasionally require additional information or documentation before releasing a shipment. In such cases, customers may be contacted by the shipping carrier or customs office and may be required to:

  • Provide identification or supporting documentation.

  • Confirm shipment details.

  • Respond to customs inquiries.

  • Cooperate with customs clearance procedures.

Your timely cooperation helps prevent unnecessary delays in delivery.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and tracking instructions. With the tracking number. you will be able to check shipping progress by yourself.  

Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been dispatched.

 

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Transportation or carrier disruptions

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding should any of these situations affect your delivery.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any shipping-related issues, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate your case promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the package and product (if damaged)

  • Any relevant information provided by the shipping carrier

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before your order is shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
